How quickly can I get a quote?
Send the cargo details through the form or by email. During business hours a complete, itemised quote is usually back within two hours, and always within the same day.
Where do I track my shipment?
Open the tracking page and enter the reference we emailed when your shipment was booked. It looks like GOL-2026-7K4TQZ9M and shows every checkpoint in real time.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes. Licensed brokers on our team prepare and file export and import declarations for every international shipment. You only provide the commercial invoice and packing list.
Can you collect from my premises?
Yes. Every service can start at your loading dock and end at your consignee's, with all the connecting legs arranged by us.
What happens if my cargo is damaged?
All shipments carry standard cargo insurance, and extended cover is available for high-value goods. Report any damage within 48 hours and our claims team handles the rest.
Is my shipment too small for you?
No shipment is too small. Single boxes, part-pallets and LCL groupage all get the same tracking and the same service as full containers.
